As human beings, we have lots of similarities but we also have many unique characteristics: We have our ‘stories’; we also bring with us a lifetime of beliefs, experiences and perceptions that play into our ‘stories’ to make us who we are. A huge aha moment comes with the realization that the decisions (choices) made in one area of your life might have influenced other areas of your life. Many times the coaching process touches every aspect of your life. Due to these factors alone, my belief is that there isn’t a ‘one-size-fits-all’ program but a 3-month commitment is a great place to start. During our ‘free’ coaching session, we’ll talk about what might be best for you.
3- month coaching plan might well include:
- Pre-coaching assessment
- 60-minute in-take session during which the focus is “All About You”
- Scheduled private coaching sessions via phone or Skype (most often moving from once a week in the beginning to once a month to once a quarter, etc.)
- Light Email support between sessions
- Brief calls between sessions to celebrate success or assist with ‘real-time’ situation
- ‘Real-time’ exercises to practice new skills
You Can Be Assured:
- We are the drivers of our coaching engagement/ process and that means that we’ll be evaluating progress continuously and making adjustments to your ‘plan of action’ as needed
- Once I’m your accountability partner, I’m always your accountability partner. After completion of our coaching engagement, it’s not uncommon for me to check in with clients every 3 to 6 months to see how things are going
