As an educator, I consider myself an Awareness Advocate to support Step 1 above. I’m the one who is there to introduce you or your work group to concepts, ideas, practices, programs that open your mind to possibilities as well as determining if you can ‘Acknowledge’ this idea as being true for you and or your team (groups of individuals bring a collective thought pattern into play that affects corporate culture, productivity, morale, etc). If that happens, the next step might be ‘Accepting’ the thought that making a change might be beneficial. The last step is ‘Action’…I love to bring people through the 4 As of Change/Healing: Awareness, Acknowledgment, Acceptance and Action.
