Meditation Moments: Body Awareness (Session 2)
This session continues to offer tools and techniques to bring relaxation and renewal into your life when you need it. Techniques can be used ‘just in time’ vs needing to carve out time to ‘sit’ on a cushion…this week is focusing on body awareness to reduce stress and reset your nervous system.
Meditation Moments: Our Senses (Session 3)
Getting in touch with our 5 senses in a mindful manner engages our brain in a conscious effort to live ‘moment to moment.’ It’s when we live in that manner, we support our health and well-being in reducing stress and bringing calm and relaxation. Today’s meditation is the Kirtan Kriya ‘Sa Ta Na Ma’ practice that research through Alzheimer’s Foundation shows to be beneficial in many ways.
Meditation Moments: The Power of Positivity (Session 4)
‘Where the mind goes the body goes, so make it be positive.’ Lesson 3 of my Life Lessons 101. This session explores the power of gratitude, intention, affirmations and self-compassion to open the way to stronger well-being and health. Train your brain to switch from negative to positive…especially in how you view yourself. Guided meditation will be the Loving Kindness Meditation (Metta).
