Mind-Body Connection (5-week series) can be offered to support a specific need/topic such as Weight Loss or Smoking Cessation or simply a generalized class that offers the student the ability to apply the concepts to his/her specific needs towards changing habits and enhancing his/her health and well-being.
If Weight Loss is the focus, the ‘Choose to Stop Dieting and Make Life Style Changes Instead… Mind-Body Connection, The Missing Link to Weight Loss’ would be the appropriate title. Losing weight is a healing journey. It’s not about going ‘on a diet’ or exercising, it’s about empowering yourself with knowledge and taking responsibility for your overall health. This journey requires you to take time to address your inner world of thoughts and emotions as well as the outer world of diet and exercise. This 5-week seminar will bring information, tips, techniques and practice to support your creating a strong mind-body connection and a mindfulness approach to eating, dieting, exercise, your relationship with yourself and others..in other words, tools to choose to make a forever ‘life style change.’

- Your belief system aka ‘digesting life’… especially regarding food, weight, exercise; relationship with yourself and others
- Life Style Changes to support the life you want to live
- Determining your ‘triggers’ and tools/techniques to ‘respond’ vs. ‘react’
