- Effective Communication: We all know how to ‘talk,’ but do we know how to ‘communicate?’ This workshop explains communication as a process and the roles and responsibilities of individuals in the communication process. They’ll learn tips, techniques, tools to effectively communicate as both the sender and the receiver of information. We’ll also explore obstacles that might come about that get in the way of effectively communicating. When individuals don’t communicate effectively, mistakes are made, emotions are stirred, problems erupt in the workplace..this workshop will create awareness and provide ideas to take action to create stronger communication skills, including steps on how to take the pain out of having ‘difficult conversations.’
